UNESCO WORLD HERITAGE YOUNG PROFESSIONALS FORUM CALL FOR APPLICATIONS

The World Heritage Young Professionals Fora are among the flagship activities of the World Heritage Education Programme, designed to foster intercultural learning and exchange by bringing together young people and heritage experts from different parts of the world to discover new roles for themselves in heritage conservation.

ELIGIBILITY:

Participants of the World Heritage Young Professionals Forum 2024 are expected to be:

Aged between 23 and 32 years

Experienced in one of these fields: World Heritage, conservation, archaeology, architecture, conservation, urban planning & regeneration, restoration, art history, tourism, climate change, and digital technology

Motivated and committed to implementing the outcomes of the Forum in their respective countries

Committed to enhancing community engagement in the management of World Heritage properties

Available for the entire duration of the Forum

Proficient in English, as the Forum will be conducted entirely in English

BENEFIT:

The participants are expected to arrive on 14 July 2024 and depart on 23 July 2024. All related expenses (economy class flights, accommodation, local transportation, and meals) will be covered by the host country for the duration of the Forum. The organizers will also assist in the travel preparations and will provide support to the participants who need a visa.

The Jai Hind College, Mumbai welcomes entrepreneurs all over the world to compete for the Global Entrepreneurship business startup summit award which will be held in January, 2024. Apply!

ELIGIBILITY:

Open to everyone

Round 1: Online Round: A form needs to be filled and the start-ups will be shortlisted on that basis. 25 start-ups will be qualified to the next round.
Round 2: The selected 25 start-ups have to come to Jai Hind College, Mumbai and pitch their ideas to the judges one-on-one. A maximum of 4 representatives are allowed to come and pitch their idea to the judges for the second and the third round. 7 best start-ups will be selected in round 3.
Round 3: This is the final round of the start-up competition. 7 selected start-ups have to present their idea to the final panel of judges.
