concrete examples in which you took on a leadership role/position during your studies/in your professional career to help foster women empowerment

at least one challenge you have experienced with regards to the barriers that women in leadership face, and how you helped overcome it

 how the MSM MBA will help develop your leadership goals in the future in fighting gender bias and gender inequality

BENEFIT:
