Delft University of Technology (TU Delft) aims to attract the world’s brightest students to its international classrooms. QuTech offers up to 6 full scholarships. Two for each roadmap: Fault-tolerant Quantum Computing, Quantum Internet and Networked Computing, and Topological Quantum Computing.
ELIGIBILITY:
Excellent international students, specifically interested in quantum technology, and (conditionally) admitted to one of the 2-year Regular TU Delft’s MSc programmes:
Quantum Information Science and Technology (QIST)
Applied Physics,
Computer Science,
Electrical Engineering,
Computer Engineering, or
Embedded Systems
With a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 80 percent or higher of the scale maximum in the bachelor’s degree.
Only students who have been granted a scholarship will be informed by TU Delft via email between mid-March and begin-Juni 2025.
Receiving the scholarship is conditional on the student fulfilling all admission criteria
Please note that Non-EU/EFTA students must include their English test with their application (if required).
PLEASE NOTE: All documents required for the scholarship must be submitted together with the MSc Application.

BENEFIT:
Full tuition fees per year for a TU Delft MSc programme based on the statutory fee or institutional rate, according to the registered nationality, AND contribution for the living expenses.
Students can choose a MSc project at QuTech, and when receiving a 9 (90%) or higher for their MSc thesis project, they will be offered a PhD position at QuTech.
