GOOGLE DEEPMIND AI MASTER’S SCHOLARSHIPS

Application Deadline: Varies by participating institutions. Kindly visit any institution of your choice for the deadline.

LOCATION: Multiple Regions

The Google DeepMind Scholarships program advances access to higher education by supporting partner universities’ efforts to build a stronger and more inclusive AI community, helping bring a wider range of experiences to AI and AI-adjacent fields.

The program supports talented students from underrepresented groups and those with limited financial means to pursue postgraduate study and careers in AI.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for the Scholarships, students must be admitted to a specific postgraduate program at one of Google DeepMind’s partner universities. Each partner university establishes the criteria for admission and nominates eligible newly admitted students for the Google DeepMind Scholarships.

In 2025, scholarships to study in Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, Colombia, France, Greece, Poland, Romania, South Africa, Turkey, and Uganda will be supported by the Institute of International Education (IIE). Details including the application process and deadlines will be available on the partner universities’ websites.

Each university runs its own application and recruitment process for relevant graduate courses, so consult university websites for details on the required qualifications to apply to these courses and, where relevant, any separate application process for the Scholarships.

To find out eligibility, we recommend consulting university websites for more details as this can vary from university to university. For non-US and UK Master’s scholarships in 2025, please contact IIE at GoogleDeepMindScholarships@iie.org.

Finally, as the program is international, at any point in the year some university deadlines will have already closed for intake, whereas others will not yet be open – and not all universities participate in every year. Please check details carefully and watch for announcements.
