UNIVERSITÉ PRAIS-SACLAY INTERNATIONAL MASTER’S SCHOLARSHIPS

As part of the internationalization strategy of its master’s programs, Université Paris-Saclay offers scholarships to outstanding international students to facilitate their access to its courses. They are particularly aimed at, but not limited to, those wishing to pursue a PhD.

ELIGIBILITY:

Students of foreign nationality meeting the following cumulative criteria are eligible to apply: 

Admission in a master’s degree of Université Paris-Saclay operated by one of the following institutions: AgroParisTech, CentraleSupélec, ENS Paris-Saclay, INSTN-CEA, IOGS, Université Évry Paris-Saclay, Université Paris-Saclay, UVSQ

First-time enrolment in France (students who have never been registered in a French Higher Education Institution – except exchange programs, Erasmus Mundus joint master’s degrees without a French degree, internships and language programs)

Under 30 years of age during the year of application

Students who are receiving any other funding above 600 euros per month will be declared ineligible. The international master’s scholarship cannot be cumulated with France Excellence Eiffel or France Excellence Europa scholarships, nor with Erasmus Mundus scholarships.

Eligible programs: All academic fields are eligible. 
All master’s programs of Université Paris-Saclay are eligible except vocational programs (« formations en apprentissage »).

Level of studies: Both M1 (first year of master’s) and M2 (second year of master’s) are eligible. 
The scholarship will automatically renew for a second year for any laureate admitted in M1 who, upon completion of all required credits, is admitted to an M2 program at Université Paris-Saclay.

BENEFIT:

The international master’s scholarship is 10 000 euros per year.

FLEMISH MINISTRY OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING MASTER MIND SCHOLARSHIP

LOCATION: Belgium

The Flemish Ministry of Education and Training awards scholarships for master’s programmes in Flanders and Brussels to outstanding students from around the world.  The call for the academic year 2026-2027 is now open.

ELIGIBILITY:

All nationalities can apply, with the exception of Russian nationals (see news item for more information).

The student applies to take up a master’s degree programme at a Flemish higher education institution. This master’s degree may consist of one or two academic years but must meet the threshold of 60 ECTS per academic year.

A list of all English-taught master’s programmes in Flanders can be found on the button below. Please double-check if your desired host institution participates in the Master Mind scholarship.

The applicant should have a high standard of academic performance and/or potential as proven by a Grade Point Average (GPA) of 3.5 out of 4.0. The GPA will be calculated on the last obtained bachelor’s or master’s degree. The tool used for the calculation of the GPA is Scholaro.

The student has a good knowledge of the English language and can provide proof thereof that is no older than 3 years at the time of application processing by the higher education institution.

The following are accepted:

An overall minimum band score of 7.0 on the IELTS test or the IELTS Indicator:

A minimum total score of 94 on a TOEFL test or TOEFL iBT;

A C1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference;

A similar result in another official language test (recognized by the host institution).

The previous degree (which the student has used to enroll in the master programme) cannot have been obtained at a Flemish higher education institution. International students who have previously been enrolled in a Flemish higher education institution on credit mobility (such as Erasmus+) are still eligible for a Master Mind Scholarship.

BENEFIT:

A Master Mind Scholarship includes a grant of €10,225 and a tuition fee waiver per academic year.
