AFRIKA KOMMT! is a fellowship programme that connects visionary African professionals and leading German companies. Together they pave the way for global inclusive business and mutually beneficial cooperation.  The programme provides an unparalleled opportunity to young, talented African professionals for a one year career and life transformational experience.

ELIGIBILITY:

Candidates must meet the following formal application criteria:

Citizenship of an African state

University degree in a relevant subject

Postgraduate studies (e.g. MBA) are an advantage

Two to five years of relevant work experience

Excellent knowledge of English

Basic knowledge of German is an advantage

Not older than 35 years

BENEFIT:

The AFRIKA KOMMT! programme is entirely financed by the participating German companies. As a fellow, all costs related to your participation in the fellowship programme will be covered (flights, accommodation, monthly stipend, trainings, language course).

FONDS PRINCE CLAUS: CALL FOR APPLICATIONS CULTURAL & ARTISTIC RESPONSES TO THE ENVIRONMENTAL CRISIS AT GOETHE-INSTITUT

This Mentorship Award was set up by the Prince Claus Fund and the Goethe-Institut, building on the valuable experience gained from their collaborative project-based support. This joint initiative provided backing for a total of 54 exceptional projects worldwide

ELIGIBILITY:

The applicant is only eligible to apply if they are from and based in one of the Prince Claus Fund eligible countries. 

Application is not from an individual artist, but from organisation /collective.

The application form, CV, and the Pitch (video and audio) must be in English. Supporting materials such as a portfolio and links can be submitted in your language of preference.

The applicant has not submitted all required information/materials for the application to be considered for further assessment.

BENEFIT:

Each artist receives an award of €10.000 to work on the concept for a body of work that they outline in their application.
