UBC SAUDER SCHOOL OF BUSINESS JOHN AND ANKIE PIKET FELLOWSHIP

The UBC Sauder School of Business is pleased to offer the John and Ankie Piket Fellowship for outstanding Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Business Administration students who have demonstrated an interest in management science.

ELIGIBILITY:

The fellowship is available to outstanding Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Business Administration students who have demonstrated an interest in management science.

Open to both domestic and international applicants

They are made on the recommendation of the Robert H. Lee Graduate School and, in the case of a graduate student, in consultation with the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.

To qualify for the fellowship, you will need to meet the merit requirements and apply by the UBC MBA application deadlines outlined below. All applicants are automatically considered for the fellowship upon application submission, so you are encouraged to submit your application as early as possible.

Application deadline:
March 2, 2027, for international applicants
May 4, 2027, for Canadian citizens and permanent resident applicants

Official document deadline:
June 30, 2027

BENEFIT:

Value: Up to $16,300. The amount may vary depending on available funding.

INTERNATIONAL POSTGRADUATE EXCELLENCE AWARD FOR A 2-YEAR MASTER’S WITH INTEGRATED PROFESSIONAL YEAR EXPERIENCE

LOCATION: United Kingdom

The International Postgraduate Excellence Award is designed to support international students who enroll in the 2-year Master’s with Integrated Professional Year Experience programme. It will be awarded on the basis of academic excellence and passion for their chosen field of study.

ELIGIBILITY:

You must be classified as overseas fee status and hold an offer for a full time Master’s course starting in September 2026. Please note that you are NOT eligible to apply for this scholarship if you fall into one or more of the below categories:

Are applying for a professional course such as RIBA part III.

Are applying for a Doctoral programme.

Are applying for an Online or Distance learning course.

Are applying for a Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma course.

If you are eligible for any other discount on your course fees such as alumni discount or partner student discount.

Applicants need to have a minimum UK equivalent Good 2.1 Honours Degree to apply. Applicants will be selected principally on the basis of academic excellence.

BENEFIT:

Scholarships cover £5,000 towards full-time Master’s tuition fees. This award will be a contribution towards the first year of study.
