IMPERIAL COLLEGE AFRICAN FUTURE LEADER POSTGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP

These scholarships aim to empower talented individuals from across Africa, enabling them to bring their unique perspectives, experiences, and ambitions to our vibrant and international student body.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be considered for this scholarship, applicants need to be residents in one of the 54 African countries (as defined by the United Nations). Applicants will demonstrate an outstanding track record of leadership and/or leadership potential (this may include during studies, work experience/internships and/or within the community).

The strength of the application, interview, and professional experience to date will also be considered.

Please note: This scholarship is not available to continuing students.

Available for students admitted to the Full-Time MBA program at Imperial College

Candidates who submit their application for the Full-Time MBA in admission rounds one to four and receive an offer will automatically be considered for this scholarship.  

Successful candidates will be notified the week commencing Monday 25 November (round one), week commencing Monday 31 March (round two), week commencing Monday 26 May (round three) and week commencing Monday 30 June (round four).   

Scholarships will be awarded throughout the admissions cycle but only a limited number are available, so we recommend applying in an earlier round.

Applicants must be an offer holder of the BSc/MSci Health and Business for 2025 entry and have made a firm acceptance of their place.

A strong overall application with excellence in all of the criteria.

You will need to be an overseas student paying overseas fees.

You will need to submit a 500-word essay to the GBSH admissions team that articulates your desire to follow a career in the field of healthcare.

You will be notified if your application is successful by the GBSH admission teams, and the awarded funds will be applied as a tuition discount at the time of enrollment.
