QUEEN’S BUSINESS SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS FROM SUB SAHARAN AFRICA

Queen’s Management School Sub Saharan Africa Scholarship is available exclusively for outstanding international applicants from Angola, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Swaziland, Uganda, United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia or Zimbabwe who choose to study postgraduate taught programmes at Queen’s Business School. No application necessary.

ELIGIBILITY:

You must be a resident of Angola, Botswana, Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Kenya, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, Sudan, Swaziland, Uganda, the United Republic of Tanzania, Zambia or Zimbabwe.

Applicants must hold an offer to study a postgraduate taught programmes at Queen’s Business School.

No application necessary.

If eligible, confirmation of your award will be issued with your offer.

All scholarships are offered subject to terms and conditions.

The Queen’s Business School Scholarship for Sub-Saharan Africa is available only to new students who hold an offer for a place on an eligible full-time postgraduate taught programme at the Queen’s Business School, starting in the academic year 2025/26 and prior to commencement of study have met any academic and language conditions attached to their offer as stated in their offer letter.

Students must be classified as international fee-paying students paying the full international tuition fee rate in order to be considered for this discount. Students paying NI, ROI, EU or GB fees are not eligible for the Queen’s Business School Scholarship 2025/26.

The discount is awarded for the first year of study only and is deducted from gross tuition fees upon enrollment.

The scholarship cannot be used in lieu of any required deposit, and no cash alternative is available.

Any Queen’s Business School Scholarship 2025/26 awarded is for entry to Queen’s University Belfast in the autumn semester of the academic year 2025/26 and cannot be used for 2026/27 entry or any other year.

If you wish to defer your entry to the University your scholarship will not be transferred.

Students must be self-funded, i.e., the tuition fees are being paid by yourself or your parents at the full international tuition fee rate.

DUBLIN CITY UNIVERSITY INTERNATIONAL FACULTY SCHOLARSHIPS/BURSARIES

Dublin City University is delighted to offer the International Faculty Scholarships/Bursaries to non-European students. You are automatically considered for a scholarship when you apply as a non-EU student to DCU.

ELIGIBILITY:

DCU Merit Scholarship: DCU offers partial merit-based scholarships to some non-EU students. You are automatically considered for a scholarship when you apply as a non-EU student to DCU. They’ll let you know if you have qualified for a scholarship when we contact you to advise if your application to study at DCU has been successful.

DCU Humanities and Social Sciences Bursary: This merit-based bursary is available for high-achieving Non-EU applicants that have received an offer to study on a postgraduate programme in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.All Non-EU applications to a postgraduate programme in the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences are automatically considered for this bursary. Only successful recipients of the bursary will be notified via email.

Faculty of Engineering & Computing International Scholarship: This scholarship is available for Non-EU applicants who have received an offer to study on eligible postgraduate programmes in the Faculty of Engineering and Computing.

DCU Business School International Scholarship: This scholarship is available for Non-EU applicants who have received an offer to study on eligible postgraduate programmes in the DCU Business School.

All Non-EU applications to a postgraduate programme in the Faculty of Engineering and Computing are automatically considered for this bursary.

Successful recipients of the bursary will be notified via email.

DCU Humanities and Social Sciences Bursary: Successful recipients will receive a €2000 fee reduction on the full-time 2025–2026 Non-EU Tuition Fees for your postgraduate programme.

Faculty of Engineering & Computing International Scholarship: Successful recipients will receive a €5,900 fee reduction on the full-time 2025–2026 Non-EU Tuition fee.

DCU Business School International Scholarship: Successful recipients will receive a €900–€1,400 fee reduction on the full-time 2025–2026 Non-EU Tuition fee.
