ULSTER UNIVERSITY LAW AND CRIMINOLOGY SCHOLARSHIP FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS

The Law and Criminology Scholarship is open to new international (excluding UK & RoI) entrants on the first year of a relevant course, commencing September 2025:

LLB Law (Graduate Entry)

LLM International Commercial Law and ADR

LLM/MSc Legal Innovation and Technology Law

MSc Criminology and Criminal Justice

ELIGIBILITY:

Study Level: Postgraduate

Study Mode: Full-time

You must be classified as an international (excluding UK & RoI), self-funding student paying the international tuition fee rate to qualify for this award.

You must also hold an offer for one of the above-listed programmes.

The full-time, postgraduate programme must be delivered on our Belfast campus, commencing in September 2025.

You must meet any academic and/or English language conditions as stated in your offer letter.

Students applying to part-time or eLearning programmes, or to programmes delivered at our branch campuses (London, Birmingham or Manchester) are not eligible for this award.

You don’t need to apply for this award – all eligible students are awarded it automatically.

BENEFIT:

A £2,200 scholarship is applied as a discount to your tuition fee, in addition to the £2,000 international postgraduate scholarship.

BPP UNIVERSITY £1.4M+ POSTGRADUATE LAW SCHOLARSHIP

Application Deadline: 11 July 2025 (23:59) for applicants wishing to be considered for full fee or half fee scholarships;

29 August 2025 (23:59): for all other scholarships

ELIGIBILITY:

To apply, you must meet all the minimum criteria set out in the terms and conditions, including:

You must have submitted an application to study at BPP University

You must apply for a scholarship by the relevant deadline

You must have achieved a minimum of a 2:1 undergraduate degree or equivalent (or 2:2 with evidence of mitigating circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis)

You must not hold full fee sponsorship from elsewhere (e.g. an employer or one of the Inns of Court)

Scholarships are only available to new students enrolling onto a course and are not applicable for those who are already studying

A student may not hold more than one scholarship. If awarded more than one, the higher value scholarship will prevail. However, eligible students can still be considered for a higher value scholarship if they do not have full fees covered by other scholarships or bursaries

Recipients of master’s funding (e.g. from Student Finance England) are eligible to apply for a scholarship
