NL SCHOLARSHIP – UNIVERSITY OF TWENTE

The NL Scholarship is available for students of the UT who want to study, carry out an internship or graduation assignment outside the European Economic Area (EEA).

ELIGIBILITY:

You are following a full-time programme at the UT;

You are going abroad in the UT academic year 2025/2026;

You have not received an NL Scholarship/Holland Scholarship before (for your UT degree or outgoing mobility);

Your study, internship or graduation assignment will take place in a country outside the EEA (please find the country eligibility list here);

You will use the scholarship for studying, doing an internship or graduation assignment lasting minimum 7 and maximum 52 weeks, earning minimum 10 ECTS;

An NL Scholarship is not meant for a mobility activity in your home country;

You are enrolled at the UT during your mobility;

The credits gained during your mobility count towards your UT degree;

The NL Scholarship cannot be combined with other UT outgoing scholarships (Erasmus+, TMF) or combined with an NL Scholarship for incoming international students;

You have fulfilled the prerequisites of the minor/internship/graduation assignment (as mentioned in the Education and Examination Regulations (EER), if applicable);

The UT does not provide financial support for study/internship/graduation assignment in areas or countries considered unsafe (in Dutch: ‘onveilig’) by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Scholarship Office reserves the right to deny an NL Scholarship application based on additional safety information.

BENEFIT:

The contribution towards your study/internship/graduation assignment expenses is a total amount of € 2,500 paid in full before the start date.

TU DELFT MASTER’S SCHOLARSHIP FOR WATER GOVERNANCE

At the Faculty of Technology, Policy and Management, TU Delft Scholarship for Water Governance is available every year for excellent international applicants. TU Delft is proud to establish a Scholarship for Water Governance for talented and ambitious MSc students from any of the following regions: East Asia & Pacific, Central Asia, Latin America & Caribbean, Middle East & North Africa, South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa.

ELIGIBILITY:

Excellent international applicants admitted to the two-year MSc programme MOT, EPA or CoSEM.
With a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 80 percent or higher of the scale maximum in the bachelor’s degree from an internationally renowned university outside The Netherlands.Students from any of the following regions: East Asia & Pacific, Central Asia, Latin America & Caribbean, Middle East & North Africa, South Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa

Only students who have been granted a scholarship will be informed by TU Delft via email before April 2025. 

Receiving the scholarship is conditional on the student fulfilling all admission criteria.

You can request the reference letters from your referee(s). Fill out the information about your referee/s and invite them by using the ‘send invitation button’. The referee(s) will receive an automatic email inviting him/her to upload a reference for you.

You can combine both procedures. E.g. 1 upload and 1 referee request.

Reference letters will not be considered if you have already submitted your application.

Reference letters will not be accepted after the Scholarship deadline.

BENEFIT:

Full tuition fees per year for a TU Delft MSc programme based on the statutory fee or institutional rate, according to the registered nationality, contribution for the living expenses, and one-way flight ticket to the Netherlands.
