BCI INTERIOR DESIGN AWARDS 2024: TONE X TEXTURE

BCI Interior Design Awards (IDA) 2024 calls for Interior Design Projects that showcase a masterful command over colour and texture, using them to give a relevant and creative statement to the space. The designs must also contribute to essential matters related to sustainability and provide a positive influence on users.

ELIGIBILITY:

Residential:

Individual houses (i.e., bungalows; detached houses)

Multiple houses (i.e., apartments; lofts; co-living)

Commercial:

Offices; co-working spaces; workplaces

Retail malls; department stores; boutiques; showrooms

Hotels; lodges; resorts; hostels; holiday villas

F&B; restaurants; coffeehouses; cafes; bars

Art & entertainment arenas; cinemas; theatres; museums; galleries; exhibition halls

Healthcare; hospitals; clinics

Similar project types will be judged together accordingly.

Projects should be completed between 1 January 2022 and 31 December 2023.

Only completed projects are allowed; the space should be existing and functional (has not been closed down).

BCI Interior Design Awards 2024 is open internationally to professionals and/or registered companies only.

Projects should be located in China & Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand or Vietnam.

One firm must be designated as sole representative in all liaisons with the competition registrar.

BENEFIT:

For RESIDENTIAL category:
Cash prize up to SGD9,000* to be won for up to 3 (three) winning projects and 2 (two) merit projects

For COMMERCIAL category:
Cash prize up to SGD9,000* to be won for up to 3 (three) winning projects and 2 (two) merit projects

NANYANG TECHNOLOGY UNIVERSITY UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP, SINGAPORE.

The Nanyang Scholarship, NTU’s foremost undergraduate scholarship is awarded to outstanding freshmen pursuing undergraduate programmes. Nanyang Scholarship recognizes students who excel academically, demonstrate strong leadership potential, and possess outstanding co-curricular records. Hence, it is important to be prepared at each stage of the application and interview process.

ELIGIBILITY:

Successful awardees should read a full-time undergraduate degree programme. The scholarship will cover the years of study^ at NTU.

Open to all nationalities.

Possess outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE ‘A’ level, Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore, NUS High School Diploma, IB Diploma or Year 12 equivalent qualifications.

Excellent co-curricular records.

Strong leadership qualities and potential.

^ For the Biomedical Sciences & Chinese Medicine Programme, the scholarship will cover only the first three years of study in NTU.

BENEFIT:

Nanyang Scholarship covers up to the normal programme duration on condition that the scholarship holder maintain a record of good academic performance and exemplary conduct.

Full coverage of subsidised tuition fees (after Tuition Grant).

Living allowance of S$6,500 per academic year.

Accommodation allowance of up to S$2,000 per academic year.
(Applicable to scholarship holders who reside in NTU hostels only.)

Travel grant of up to S$5,000 for an overseas programme subject to terms and conditions in the Travel Grant Form.

Computer allowance of S$1,750 (one-off).

No bond is attached to the Nanyang Scholarship apart from the three-year bond applicable to all Singapore PRs and international students under the MOE Tuition Grant Scheme.
