VICTORIA UNIVERSITY OF WELLINGTON POSTGRADUATE INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP

LOCATION: New Zealand

This scholarship helps international students who are intending to study for a Master’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma to join Te Herenga Waka—Victoria University of Wellington’s international student community.

ELIGIBILITY:

This is a partial fee-based scholarship that will go towards tuition fees for a Master’s degree programme of 120, 180 or 240 points or a Postgraduate Diploma of 120 points. It is designed for new international students who are entering a Master’s degree or Postgraduate Diploma and studying full-time on campus. Holders must demonstrate their academic potential, as demonstrated by their admission into a Victoria University of Wellington Master’s or Postgraduate Diploma degree programme.

Students must be:

International students who are paying full international fees; and

Intending to attain a Master’s degree at Victoria University of Wellington of 120, 180 or 240 points, or a Postgraduate Diploma of 120 points; and

A holder of an unconditional or conditional Offer of Place for a Master’s degree programme or Postgraduate Diploma at Victoria University of Wellington; and

New students to a Victoria University of Wellington Postgraduate Diploma or Master’s degree programme.

A scholarship application is not required. Students will be assessed for their eligibility for a scholarship on application for their programme. Recipients will be advised if they have been offered the scholarship in their Offer of Place.

BENEFIT:

The value of the scholarship is NZ$10,000.

The scholarship applies for one year of study only, for a student’s first enrollment in that programme.

    UNIVERSITY OF OXFORD  ELLISON INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY FULLY-FUNDED UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIPS

    Apply for fully funded undergraduate scholarships for study at the University of Oxford and work towards solving the world’s biggest problems. Alongside their studies at the University of Oxford, undergraduate Ellison Scholars work on cutting-edge EIT projects that aim to direct their efforts towards positive global impact.

    ELIGIBILITY:

    They are particularly interested in students with skills in fields such as computer science, artificial intelligence, economics, mathematics, robotics, plant sciences, machine learning, chemistry, biology, engineering, medicine, or microbiology.

    Applicants will need to meet the University of Oxford’s entry requirements for their chosen undergraduate course.

    Accepted qualification: Applicants must have, or be on track to be awarded, a secondary education/high school leaving qualification, diploma or certificate accepted by the University of Oxford

    Course requirements: Applicants must have met, or be on track to meet, the minimum grade requirements for their chosen undergraduate course

    English Language Requirements: Applicants must have met, or be on track to meet, the University’s English language requirements for their chosen undergraduate course

    Internships for undergraduate Ellison Scholars: The internships include ten weeks at EIT each long vacation (summer) between academic years. Undergraduate Ellison Scholars will work with EIT teams on existing EIT projects that aim to solve big global problems through the advancement and translation of science and technology.
