CENTRE FOR DIPLOMATIC ADVANCEMENT FULLY FUNDED YOUTH VISION ASSEMBLY 2025

The Youth Vision Assembly 2025, hosted by the Centre for Diplomatic Advancement (CDA), is a global platform for students and young professionals to develop skills in education, diplomacy, policymaking, and sustainability. It empowers future leaders with knowledge, networks, and tools to drive meaningful change.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicants must be between 18-45 years old.

Open to students, professionals, activists, and young change-makers from all fields.

Must show commitment to leadership, innovation, and creating a positive impact.

Should be able to communicate effectively in English.

Must be available to attend in Amsterdam from September 19-23, 2025.

NOTE: No specific academic or professional background is required

Applicants must complete the online application form with personal details, motivation, and relevant experience, and submit any required supporting documents such as a CV or portfolio.

To avail of any scholarship out of the above-mentioned, the applicant will have to submit an application for the Fully Funded category. 

Selected participants will receive an official invitation letter to assist with visa applications. We will also be reaching out to the respective Embassies/Consulates where you would be applying your visas, in order to expedite your visa applications, once submitted.

GLOBAL YOUTH EMPOWERMENT FORUM 2025

LOCATION: Germany

In alignment with the EU Youth Strategy 2019–2027, which emphasizes youth engagement, empowerment, and cross-border connections, and the United Nations’ Youth2030 Strategy, aimed at guiding the UN system to empower young people to realize their full potential and stand up for their rights, the Youth Empowerment Forum 2025 is designed to equip young changemakers with the knowledge, skills, and networks to drive meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.

ELIGIBILITY:

Age: 16–46 years

Open to participants of all nationalities

Open to students, graduates, young professionals, civil society members, media, NGO employees, think tank officials, and individuals passionate about global change.

No prior experience required—both emerging and experienced leaders are welcome

Demonstrated motivation and commitment to youth empowerment

Strong communication and leadership potential

Interest in policy, international relations, or sustainable development

Diversity and inclusion will be key considerations in selection
