BUSINESS EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP AT MASSEY BUSINESS SCHOOL

LOCATION: New Zealand

The Business Excellence Scholarship supports students enrolling in a Massey Business School undergraduate degree by providing tuition fee assistance in years two and three, as well as developmental mentoring.

ELIGIBILITY:

You will be:

transitioning to Massey University from secondary school

intending to enrol full-time (minimum 105 credits) in the first year of an eligible bachelor’s degree programme within Massey Business School

Applications should have:

attained an NCEA Level 2 Certificate with a merit endorsement or better (or equivalent qualification for non-NCEA or international applicants)

been the leader of a school academic or cultural group, or captain of one of the school’s sports teams, or a leader within a community group or organisation

BENEFIT:

Value: $7,000 towards tuition plus mentoring and leadership development

Duration: Three years’ duration

Number available: Up to 20 awards

ALIGN FARMS AGRICULTURAL SCHOLARSHIP AT MASSEY UNIVERSITY OF NEW ZEALAND

LOCATION: New Zealand

At Align, they’re committed to building the next generation of farmers. The Align Farms Agriculture Scholarship is part of that commitment.

ELIGIBILITY:

Full time undergraduate students at a New Zealand University (who won’t be receiving the government’s first year fee-free scheme in the year following the awarding of the scholarship)

Students enrolled in a Food and Fibre-related undergraduate programme in New Zealand

Domestic or International students

Children of Align employees will be given first priority

Applications are welcome any time but applications for the year close October 1st

The recipient will be chosen on November 1st and the scholarship will begin the following February

Applications for the 2024 school year are now closed, any applications will be considered for 2025

BENEFIT:

The scholarship pays for one year’s worth of tuition fees, up to the value of $5,000. After their year of study, the recipient will be offered a paid summer internship on one of our farms, in the area they’re most interested in. And when roles become available at Align farms, past scholarship recipients will be given first priority.
