RUTH TITILAYO TECHNICAL & VOCATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP

Ruth Titilayo Foundation is pleased to offer a grant package, awarded to successful candidates who are planning and currently studying single courses supported through an approved Vocational Enterprise Institutions (VEIs) as described by the National Board for Technical Education.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicants must:

have a secondary school result with at least 4 credits.

either be a student at the time of application or have been registered as a student within the last two years.

Candidates will be assessed:

on academic merit.

based on the information provided in your scholarship application.

You will also need to submit a personal statement, current school result, and two written references from the tutors listed in your application form. You will be shortlisted based on providing the above and any other relevant information.

Complete and SUBMIT the on-line application form on this website. This will include attached copies of your current school result, two reference letters from your tutors, a personal statement, and any supporting documents.

BENEFIT:

The grant consists of:

tuition allowance up to #100,000

maintenance allowance up to #15,000

Further allowances – for example internal travel costs associated with the course of study or research and fieldwork expenses – are paid at the discretion of the Committee

CO-FUNDED MONASH GRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP (CF-MGS)

Co-funded Monash Graduate Scholarships are provided by Monash University to support students undertaking Research Doctorate and Research Masters degrees.

These scholarships are co-funded by Monash University and the enrolling faculty/academic unit and are available to help support students with living costs whilst studying at Monash.

ELIGIBILITY:

You must be one of the following:

An Australian citizen

A New Zealand citizen

Australian permanent resident

Australian humanitarian visa holder

An International student

You must meet the following criteria:

meet Monash’s competitive scholarship selection process requirements and

meet Monash’s English language proficiency requirements.

This scholarship is also available to students undertaking Joint Research Awards when Monash University is the home institution

Application for graduate research scholarships is done at the time of applying for your course, unless you are already enrolled.  Whether you are a new or current student, the same application process is used for both admission and/or scholarship via our Applicant Portal.  You do not need to specify which scholarship you are applying as you are automatically considered for all graduate research scholarships (where eligible).

BENEFIT:

Total scholarship value: $35,013 p.a (2024 rate)

The CF-MGS provides:

living allowance (stipend), and

relocation allowance, if eligible.

Successful international applicants will also be awarded a faculty tuition paying scholarship.
