The University of Lincoln is pleased to offer the African scholarship program for the September 2025 and January 2026 academic session. Please note that University of Lincoln International Scholarships may be subject to change. The University of Lincoln reserves the right to amend the scholarship provision without notice.
ELIGIBILITY:
In order to be eligible to receive the Africa Scholarship, prospective students must meet the following criteria:
Be a national of, or have permanent residence in, Africa (excluding Egypt).
Hold a Conditional or Unconditional Offer from the University of Lincoln for a full-time postgraduate taught programme commencing in September 2025 or January 2026.
Please visit your country webpage for more detail regarding regional entry requirements that are equivalent to a 2:1 or 2:2.
A £5,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
Completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution, and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:1 classification or
Completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University
A £4,000 scholarship will automatically be awarded to students who have:
Completed a Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution, and have obtained at least the equivalent of a 2:2 classification or
Completed a Pre-Master’s degree, or a qualification equivalent to a UK Master’s degree, with a comparable classification as determined by the University
BENEFIT:
The Africa Scholarship is valued at £4,000 – £5,000 and will be awarded to eligible students as a tuition fee discount during the first year of their studies.
