The Executive Transition Program (ETP) at ESMT Berlin is designed to support senior executives in their transition from functional to general management roles. With a global reach, the program acknowledges that the privileges and barriers professionals face can differ based on country, culture, and personal circumstances.
ELIGIBILITY:
Professionals with a proven track record in their business from any educational background.
Candidates who are ready to take on or have recently assumed a general management role.
Candidates from any company or (non-profit) institution.
Participants who are demonstrating entrepreneurial responsibility and are 1) leading a business unit or a regional subsidiary, 2) in charge of a new product, market, or major project initiative, 3) typically employed by large groups operating globally or regionally.
ESMT Berlin particularly encourages international applications.
BENEFIT:
For the ETP, we award 100%, 50%, and 25% scholarships to select individuals with exceptional competencies, potential, or vision. Consideration is given to an applicant’s life journey, the privileges or barriers they have experienced, their financial situation—both personal and organizational—and the degree of impact they aspire to create through their leadership after graduating from the ETP.
