FULLY FUNDED 2025 EAC REGIONAL CENTRE OF EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP

The University of Rwanda informs prospective applicants that the online application system for receiving applications for Postgraduate Academic Programmes to be offered in its East African Community Regional Centre of Excellence for Vaccines, Immunization and Health Supply Chain Management (EAC RCE-VIHSCM) during the Academic year 2025, September intake is open from 15th May 2025 to 30 June 2025.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicants are requested to take note of the following important information:

Required documents for the application

All applicants are required to submit the following:

A letter addressed to the Director of UR Center of Postgraduate Center that must include: (i) your programme of choice; (ii) your full contact details

Updated Curriculum Vitae

A photocopy of academic transcripts and degree certificates

Two reference letters from senior academic referees

A recommendation letter from the employer

Copy of national identity card or passport

The following scholarship slots will be given:

Master’s in Health Supply Chain Management (MHSCM): 40 Scholarships

MSc in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance (MPAQA): 28 Scholarships

MSc in Vaccinology (MVAX): 28 Scholarships

MSc in Medical Products Regulatory Affairs (MPRA): 28 Scholarships

BENEFIT:

The scholarship covers:

Tuition Fees: Euro 6,000 for the duration of the course.

Economy class return air tickets to Kigali and back home for face-to-face sessions.

Living allowance of EUR 60 or equivalent in RWF per day during your stay in Rwanda for the face-to-face sessions. This allowance will cover your accommodation, meals, and ground transportation.

ROYAL HOLLOWAY, UNIVERSITY OF LONDON: DR. PIRKKO KOPPINEN SCHOLARSHIP 2025

Application Deadline: midnight (UK time) on Thursday 12 June, 2025

LOCATION: England

One scholarship is available to a new postgraduate student with home or international fee status. It provides a tuition fee reduction, with any remaining funds provided as a contribution to living costs (where applicable). 

ELIGIBILITY:

Home or international fee status

Achieved, or be expected to achieve, a 2:1 degree or higher

Offer to study MA English Literature: Medieval Studies or MA History: Medieval Studies. 

You must provide a supporting statement of no longer than 500 words, which should include: 

academic achievements you are particularly proud of

why have you chosen to do the degree you have applied for 

How do you plan to use this MA in your future research and career path and how will the scholarship help you achieve it.

Your statement will be judged on how effectively and convincingly you respond to the above.

Applications which exceed the word count will automatically be rejected.

You must have a written academic reference letter (up to 200 words). This must be submitted by an academic who has previously supported, taught, or worked with you. Please ask the academic to email their reference letter (on official headed paper) directly to rhps@rhul.ac.uk
