This Scholarship was established in 2022 to support students commencing the Master of Social Justice at the University of Sydney. $10,000 scholarship to support full time students commencing the Master of Social Justice at the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences.
ELIGIBILITY:
Unconditional offer in a Master of Social Justice
For students in the first year of the program (ie, in their first two semesters)
Not be a recipient of a Commonwealth Supported Place
BENEFIT:
This scholarship is valued at $10,000 and is tenable for 1 year for a recipient enrolled full-time.
This scholarship is valued at $5,000 and is tenable for 2 years for a recipient enrolled part-time.
Africa CDC instituted an annual scholarship programme that awards scholarships to 10 young African scholars for an 18-month master’s degree study in epidemiology at the University of the Witwatersrand School of Public Health, South Africa.
ELIGIBILITY:
Preference is given to candidates currently working with the NPHI in their respective countries, and the purpose is to strengthen the public health workforce capacity of African Union Member States. Interested candidates can apply for any of the following courses: epidemiology and biostatistics, field epidemiology, infectious diseases epidemiology, public health informatics, biostatistics, and implementation science.
The first cohort of eight scholars began their studies at the school in 2018 and the deadline for applications is August 31 each year.
