UNIVERSITY OF NORTHAMPTON INTERNATIONAL SCHOLARSHIP

LOCATION: United Kingdom

The University of Northampton International Scholarship Scheme is a merit-based scholarship that provides up to a £4,000 reduction in tuition fees for every year of your study (excluding placement years). All full-time Undergraduate and Postgraduate taught courses delivered on campus fall within the scheme, and you will be considered for a scholarship on the basis of your academic achievement.

ELIGIBILITY:

You do not have to apply for this scholarship separately from your initial application, and you will be informed of the outcome in your offer letter.

There is no limit to the number of awards, made automatically to students who qualify. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions below:

To be eligible for the University of Northampton International Scholarship, you must hold an offer to study a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught programme (BA, BSc, BEng, MEng, LLB, MA, MSc, LLM, or MBA) at UON.

You must have been assessed as an overseas fee payer. For more detailed information on whether you fall into this category, please refer to the UKCISA guides to tuition fees.

Scholarship awards are made in parallel with an application to study at the university.

Applicants are not required to make a separate application for a scholarship.

Scholarships are awarded based on the merit of each individual’s application and academic eligibility.

BENEFIT:

Any University of Northampton International Scholarship award is applied as an annual reduction in tuition fees of £2,000, £3,000, or up to £4,000 per academic year, payable in each year of the programme of study, subject to the student successfully progressing to the next year.

A scholarship awarded at £4,000 on a three-year undergraduate programme therefore has a total potential value of £12,000 across the duration of the course, provided progression requirements are met.

Exception: For Nursing programmes, the maximum scholarship available is £2,000 per academic year.
