MINES PARIS-PSL CEMEF POSTDOCTORAL FELLOWSHIPS

Every year, CEMEF offers post-doctoral opportunities on complex physical and digital themes in its research areas. If you have defended your thesis and you wish to pursue it in an academic organization, it is undeniable that a post-doctoral project will enrich your scientific experience.

ELIGIBILITY:

Recruitment is open to doctors. Usually the proposed projects have a duration of one year.

CEMEF encourage applications from a variety of backgrounds, which we will ensure are selected through an open and transparent recruitment process.

Doing your post-doctorate at CEMEF means first of all that you will be joining one of CEMEF’s research teams. You will be involved in the life of the team. But you will also have complete autonomy to manage the research associated with your subject. We will provide you with the computer and material resources you need to complete your project.

You will also have the opportunity to publish and take part in conferences.

BENEFIT:

You will receive a gross annual salary of approximately 36,000 €.

ECTRIMS RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP

LOCATION: Switzerland

ECTRIMS offers a Research Training Fellowship Programme for young neuroscientists to facilitate their conduct of and training in basic, clinical or applied research related to multiple sclerosis. The goal of the programme is to maximise the exchange of information and to help grow the pool of well-trained research scientists focused on problems in MS.

ELIGIBILITY:

For scientists and physicians of any nationality holding an MD, PhD, ScD, or equivalent, to provide postdoctoral, mentored research training related to MS

One- or two-year funded fellowships in a European laboratory or clinic

Citizens of any country are eligible to apply to this programme. However, research training must be undertaken in a European laboratory or clinic that is different than the applicant’s current workplace of 12 months or longer

The following list (click here) provides information on previous host institutions, but applicants are encouraged to apply for their fellowships at other European institutions not listed in this document

Research must be related to MS, in any relevant specialty or field

The application requires documents from the candidate, the proposed mentor, and the proposed host training institute, as well as other professional referees

Successful fellows and their mentors will be asked to provide progress and financial accounting reports at the end of each year

BENEFIT:

The fellowship will provide an annual stipend of 55,000.00 EUR for all fellows.

ECTRIMS will also provide economy transportation from the successful candidate’s home location to and from the training city; travel expenses for family members cannot be provided. Transportation expenses will be reimbursed directly to the fellow, upon submission of receipts to ECTRIMS.
