The University of Rwanda informs prospective applicants that the online application system for receiving applications for Postgraduate Academic Programmes to be offered in its East African Community Regional Centre of Excellence for Vaccines, Immunization and Health Supply Chain Management (EAC RCE-VIHSCM) during the Academic year 2025, September intake is open from 15th May 2025 to 30 June 2025.

A letter addressed to the Director of UR Center of Postgraduate Center that must include: (i) your programme of choice; (ii) your full contact details

Updated Curriculum Vitae

A photocopy of academic transcripts and degree certificates

Two reference letters from senior academic referees

A recommendation letter from the employer

Copy of national identity card or passport

Master’s in Health Supply Chain Management (MHSCM): 40 Scholarships

MSc in Pharmaceutical Analysis and Quality Assurance (MPAQA): 28 Scholarships

MSc in Vaccinology (MVAX): 28 Scholarships

MSc in Medical Products Regulatory Affairs (MPRA): 28 Scholarships

BENEFIT:

The scholarship covers:

Tuition Fees: Euro 6,000 for the duration of the course.

Economy class return air tickets to Kigali and back home for face-to-face sessions.

Living allowance of EUR 60 or equivalent in RWF per day during your stay in Rwanda for the face-to-face sessions. This allowance will cover your accommodation, meals, and ground transportation.

UNIVERSITY OF AUCKLAND: RAMON OPIE & CORRINE BRIDGE VOCAL SCHOLARSHIP

LOCATION: New Zealand

The Scholarship was established in 2020 and is funded by a bequest from Corrine Bridge-Opie. Ramon Opie and Corrine Bridge were successful New Zealand opera singers.

The intention of the Scholarship is to encourage and support students to undertake a Bachelor of Music (Honours) or a Master of Music in vocal studies at the University of Auckland.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for Scholarship consideration, applicants must be enrolled or enrolling in a Bachelor of Music (Honours) (BMus(Hons)) degree or a Master of Music (MMus) degree that includes courses in vocal studies.

A grade point average (GPA) or grade point equivalent (GPE) of 6.00 (5.50 for Māori and Pacific candidates) in their most recent qualifying programme for study is required for Scholarship consideration.

The Scholarship is tenable by domestic or international students.

The basis of selection will be academic merit as assessed by the grade point average (GPA) or grade point equivalent (GPE) calculated over the most recent qualifying programme, and the applicant’s interest in and potential to succeed in a vocal studies field as assessed by a personal statement.

The Scholarship will be awarded by the University of Auckland Council on the recommendation of a Selection Committee comprising the Head of the School of Music (or nominee), and two members of Academic Staff from the School of Music who specialize in vocal studies, nominated by the Head of the School of Music.

BENEFIT:

Scholarships will be awarded annually for up to one year, up to a total annual value of $25,000. Payments and tenure will be pro-rated for part-time students.
