The Greg Benjamin WAAPA Music Entrance Scholarship is awarded to an exceptional piano student in the jazz or classical discipline. Students auditioning in 2025-26 for a place in the Bachelor of Music course in Piano (jazz or classical) for 2026 will be considered for the scholarship throughout the audition process. The successful recipient will be advised at the time of receiving their offer from WAAPA.
ELIGIBILITY:
This scholarship is open to individuals who are applying to ECU.
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must:
Be applying/Auditioning in 2025-26 for 2026 commencement in Bachelor of Music – Piano (Jazz or Classical)
If successful in receiving a Scholarship Offer you must
Accept your enrolment offer in the required course;
Have and maintain an academic progression status of GREEN; and
Be studying full-time on campus (60 credit points or course equivalent);
Students auditioning in 2025-26 for a 2026 place in the Bachelor of Music course in Piano (jazz or classical) will be considered for the scholarship throughout the audition process. The successful recipient will be advised by March 31st.
The purpose of the award is to entice undergraduate students to pursue Nuclear Engineering Honours year.
ELIGIBILITY:
The recipient must be undertaking full-time undergraduate study in one of the following:
Nuclear Engineering (Minor) (ENGGF23707); or
Enrolled in the AtomCraft VIP course (one of following: ENGG2600, ENGG3600, ENGG4600)
Each applicant will be assessed on their ability to demonstrate:
Academic Merit
High-performing scores within Nuclear Engineering (Minor) or AtomCraft VIP Course with a minimum overall WAM of 80
Aptitude and commitment to studying Nuclear Engineering
