The Melbourne Research Scholarship and Research Training Program (RTP) Scholarship are offered to high-achieving international and domestic students who are enrolling in a graduate research degree at the University of Melbourne.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be considered for this scholarship, you must:

Domestic and international students

have applied for and meet the requirements for a graduate research degree at the University of Melbourne, or

be currently enrolled in a graduate research degree at the University of Melbourne

Graduate Research Scholarships that provide a stipend as well as a fee offset are awarded to domestic and international students based on academic merit. Eligible applicants are scored and ranked according to the educational achievement of their last completed degree and their research potential in their field of study. Factors such as completion of a degree at the same level as the research course for which the scholarship is sought, relevant professional experience, refereed publications, specialist medical qualifications, or composition of original music may be taken into consideration.

This scholarship is designed to reward academic excellence and attract high-performing students to study at Macquarie University

ELIGIBILITY:

Study level: Undergraduate, Postgraduate

Student type: International

To be eligible for this scholarship, you must be a full-time international student commencing an undergraduate or postgraduate coursework degree (excluding Graduate Certificates) and meet the following criteria:

Achieve a minimum WAM equivalent of 65 for postgraduate applications; or a minimum ATAR equivalent of 85 for undergraduate applications.

Commence study in the session and year indicated in your scholarship letter of offer.

To be considered for this scholarship, applicants must complete a scholarship application form and hold a valid offer letter to study at Macquarie University.
