BARD COLLEGE BERLIN SCHOLARSHIP IN LITERARY ARTS

LOCATION: Germany

The Scholarship in Literary Arts is intended to support students with an outstanding record of involvement and interest in the written and theater arts ( e.g. through involvement in school journals and newspapers, publication of original fiction/non-fiction/poetry, or composition / performance of theater pieces). Recipients of the Scholarship in Literary Arts usually demonstrate interest in a literary and rhetorical concentration within the B.A. in Humanities, the Arts, and Social Thought program.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicants for the Scholarship in Literary Arts must: Apply for admission to the Humanities, the Arts, and Social Thought program

Demonstrate an exceptional record of academic and extracurricular interest in literature and creative or academic writing

Intend to continue their study of these fields as part of their liberal arts education at Bard College Berlin The partial tuition waiver is renewable for up to 4 years contingent on the recipient’s maintaining a B average or better.

UNIVERSITY OF CALGARY INTERNATIONAL BACCALAUREATE DIPLOMA ENTRANCE SCHOLARSHIP

LOCATION: Canada

Apply for the University of Calgary International Baccalaureate Diploma Entrance Scholarship. This program is open to all students applying for first year undergraduate studies at the university.

ELIGIBILITY:

Citizenship/residency: Any

Offered annually to undergraduate students entering first year in any faculty

Academic merit

Completed the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program with a minimum score of 35 points

Must provide the Admissions Office with a transcript of International Baccalaureate Diploma grades by August 1 of the year entering the University.
