Developing Engineering Leaders Through Her (DELT-Her) is an initiative that seeks to create opportunities for women in engineering, by attracting and supporting innovative engineering ideas which would ultimately be mentored and developed into startup companies.
ELIGIBILITY:
Lead applicants shall be female Nigerians who have attained a minimum of first degree, and have innovative engineering ideas. The initiative targets young females aged 23 to 45 years who have developed a proposal on innovative ideas in engineering and have set up a team for the implementation of the ideas. Each team shall however be constituted of at least 60% female participants, to qualify for funding under this initiative.
There is no application fee to apply to the program.
The application deadline is July 31, 2025. We highly recommend submitting your application well before the deadline to ensure it is received and reviewed on time.
