TULANE UNIVERSITY SUB-SAHARAN AFRICA 2025 LEADERSHIP AWARDS (FULL TUITION-FEE)

The University of Tulane is pleased to offer a Leadership full-tuition scholarship award to qualified and exceptional students from Sub-Saharan African countries. It is awarded to multiple full-time undergraduate students from and studying in Sub-Saharan Africa and renewable for 4 years. 

ELIGIBILITY:

Students from and studying in Sub-Saharan African countries are eligible to apply.

Any undergraduate degree programme offered at Tulane University is eligible to apply for.

The applicants must have enrolled in a full-time undergraduate programme at Tulane.

Students are required to maintain a 3.0 GPA minimum and provide official results of either the SAT or ACT examination to get into Tulane.

The applicants are required to attain minimum scores in the following English language proficiency tests:

TOEFL – 95 or higher

IELTS – 6.5 or higher

Duolingo – 115 or higher

UNIVERSITY OF KENTUCKY INCOMING FRESHMEN ACADEMIC SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

The University of Kentucky Incoming Freshmen Academic Scholarship Program offers funds to outstanding students who demonstrate the potential for superior academic performance. Academic-based scholarships are administered by the Office of Academic Scholarships, and awards are made without regard to financial status, race, creed, religious preference, or sex.

ELIGIBILITY:

The University of Kentucky offers renewable academic, competitive and selective scholarship opportunities for incoming first-time freshmen.

Must be accepted to the University of Kentucky

Must have a declared major in the College of Education

Must have a completed application submitted by the deadline provided below

Completed admission application and all supporting documents, including high school transcript, must be received as soon as possible, but by no later than December 1, 2024, for scholarship consideration.

Once admitted, eligible students are automatically considered for academic scholarships.

Combined test scores (superscore) are not considered. For all scholarships listed, students may receive only one award.

Scholarship awards are limited and will be offered pending early application and availability of funds. In previous years, funds have been exhausted before the December 1 deadline.

All eligible students who apply by the Early Action deadline of December 1, 2024, regardless of applying with or without an ACT/SAT test score, will be considered for academic scholarships. For fullest consideration, we urge students to apply as soon as possible and prior to December 1, 2024. BENEFIT:
