The University of British Columbia in Canada has announced the 2026 Regional Scholarships and Awards for outstanding MBA applicants who exhibit exceptional academic excellence and aptitude, offering support to prospective students pursuing a postgraduate degree at the university.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be considered for the 2025 University of British Columbia Regional scholarships and awards, you must:

Be applying to the UBC Saunders MBA program for 2026 session

Be a domestic, permanent resident or international student

Hold a bachelor’s degree certificate. 

Have an exceptional track record of academic excellence, community involvement, and business leadership skills.

Be able to speak, comprehend, and write fluently in English.

GENERATION GOOGLE SCHOLARSHIP: FOR WOMEN IN COMPUTER SCIENCE (EUROPE, MIDDLE EAST AND AFRICA)

Application Deadline: Thursday, August 14, 2025 

LOCATION: Multiple Regions

The Generation Google Scholarship for women in computer science was established to help students pursuing computer science degrees excel in technology and become leaders in the field. The Generation Google Scholarship for women in computer science will be awarded based on the strength of each candidate’s demonstrated leadership, academic performance, and financial need.

ELIGIBILITY:

The Institute of International Education (IIE) administers the Generation Google Scholarship for women in computer science. Please see IIE’s website for complete information on the scholarship, including eligibility criteria.

The program is open to students who meet all the minimum qualifications. For students who may not be eligible, we strongly encourage you to visit the Google Careers for Students page to find out about alternative opportunities and programs that are available for your country/region based on your academic level.
