ANNE SEAGRIM ACCOMMODATION SCHOLARSHIP FOR POSTGRADUATE TAUGHT, MASTER’S RESEARCH STUDENTS

The Anne Seagrim Accommodation Scholarship supports international students at Imperial College London towards the cost of their accommodation. Funded by Ms. Anne Seagrim, this scholarship is designed to ease financial pressures, allowing talented researchers from around the world to focus on their studies and research.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be considered for this scholarship, candidates must:

Have been assessed as Overseas fee status.

Apply to undertake an MRes or PhD course

Have an offer of admission from the College to study by 23:59 (UK local time) on 1 May 2025

Please note: This scholarship is not available to continuing students.

Available to applicants in the following departments: Aeronautics, Bioengineering, Brain Sciences, Business School, Centre for Environmental Policy, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Civil and Environmental Engineering, Computing, Design Engineering, Earth Science and Engineering, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Immunology and Inflammation, Infectious Disease, Institute of Clinical Sciences, Life Sciences, Materials, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Metabolism, Digestion and Reproduction, National Heart and Lung Institute, Physics, School of Public Health, and Surgery and Cancer

To apply for the Anne Seagrim Accommodation Scholarships, you need to:

Receive an offer of a place for 2025 entry by the scholarship deadline of 23:59 (UK local time) on 2 May 2025.

Firmly accept the offer by the relevant deadline.

Complete our Scholarship application form by the deadline of 23:59 (UK local time) on 2 May 2025.

This award is for students starting in the academic year 2025-26 and cannot be deferred. All scholarships are awarded subject to students accepting award Terms and Conditions.

BENEFIT:

The award provides £10,000 toward accommodation costs, with funding available for one year for the MRes program and up to three years for the PhD program.

UNIVERSITY OF GRONINGEN NL SCHOLARSHIPS

Application Deadline: 1 February 2025 (23:59 CET)

LOCATION: Netherland

The University of Groningen offers NL Scholarships to international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to do their master’s in the Netherlands.  The EEA includes the EU countries and Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. Please note that students from Switzerland and Suriname are not eligible to apply.

ELIGIBILITY:

To qualify for the NL Scholarship University of Groningen:

You do not hold the nationality of one of the EEA countries

You are going to study in the Netherlands

You do not have a degree from an educational institution in the Netherlands

You have excellent grades during your bachelor/undergraduate studies

You meet the specific requirements of the University of Groningen

You have a letter from the University of Groningen with an admission offer for one of the programmes mentioned in this list

Write a motivation letter in which you make clear why you are the right candidate for the NL Scholarship University of Groningen

BENEFIT:

A scholarship of €5,000 to contribute to your living costs in The Netherlands. You will receive this in the first year of your studies.
