ASTON UNIVERSITY AUTOMATED GLOBAL SOLUTIONS SCHOLARSHIP

As the world becomes increasingly interconnected and interdependent, the need for effective global solutions to pressing challenges becomes more evident. Crisis management, Cyber Security, business development, and sustainable operations are four key areas where global cooperation and innovation are crucial.

ELIGIBILITY:

They are offering automatic scholarships qualified students wishing to study on one of the following courses:

MSc Business Enterprise Development

MSc Cyber Security Management

MSc Sustainable Business Operations

To apply for a scholarship, you will need to apply for and receive an offer for an Aston University course first. 

Scholarship applications open on key dates throughout the year, and they will share information on how to apply closer to those dates.

If you also accept your place and pay your deposit before your deadline you can also claim your £3,000 Early Acceptance Discount, bringing the total fee reduction to £8,000. If you are eligible for the Automatic Merit Scholarship you will be awarded the Global Solutions Scholarship as it is the higher value award.

UNIVERSITY OF KENT CHRISTINE AND IAN BOLT SCHOLARSHIP

LOCATION: England

The Christine and Ian Bolt Scholarships were set up in memory of Christine Bolt, Emeritus Professor of History at the University of Kent. Preference will be given to students and to candidates who have not had the opportunity to live or study for an extended period of time in the USA.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicants must:

Hold an excellent bachelor’s (1st or 2.1), or Master’s degree (merit or distinction);

Hold an offer of a place, or be a currently registered student, for a full-time or part-time postgraduate research or taught degree at the University of Kent for the following academic year within one of the listed Academic Divisions:
Arts and Humanities;

Human and Social Sciences;

Kent Business School; or

Law, Society and Social Justice.

Have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to explain their project clearly and without jargon to non-experts,

Convey their passion for their project to a wider audience and convince the panel of the project’s wider value

Act as ‘ambassador’ for both the University and their subject.

The successful applicants will be selected on the basis of academic excellence, achievements to date in their chosen field and their communication skills.

Candidates must be available for video interview, via Zoom, in June 2024, exact date to be confirmed.
