The UEA Booker Prize Foundation Scholarship is available to an applicant who has applied for a place on the MA Creative Writing (Prose Fiction) in the School of Literature, Drama and Creative Writing who is resident in a commonwealth country (including the UK, Republic of Ireland and Zimbabwe). A scholarship application is required.
ELIGIBILITY:
For UK Fees, International Fees, Self Funded and Demonstrate genuine financial need
Postgraduate Taught at the Faculty of Humanities and Literature, Drama and Creative Writing
Must be a resident in a commonwealth country.
Cannot be in receipt of any other scholarships/awards.
This scholarship application is for undergraduates who are from poor background and who cannot afford to pay their school fees but also met the criteria for selection.
ELIGIBILITY:
Open to Nigerian students in the six geo-political zones
Documents Required for Application: Scholarship application form, Institution Admission letter, Birth Certificate, ID Card for 200 level students and above, JAMB result, WAEC/NECO or its equivalent, Transcript (for 200 level students and above), Testimonial from last secondary school attended, Two (2) Attestation letter. One (1) from the HOD, Dean STA or any Administrative officer within the institution and one (1) from a respectable member of applicant’s community, Two recent passport photographs.

The programme helps students in publicly-owned tertiary institutions in Nigeria to offset the cost of their education.
