ABERDEEN GLOBAL SCHOLARSHIP – POSTGRADUATE

The University of Aberdeen is delighted to offer new self-funded international on-campus postgraduate Master’s students starting in academic year ’26/’27 a fee waiver.

ELIGIBLITY:

The University of Aberdeen is keen to welcome talented students from all over the world. To help students fulfill their academic ambitions and ease the costs associated with studying abroad, the university is pleased to offer the Aberdeen Global Scholarship.

The scholarship is available to all self-funded full-time on-campus Master’s students classified as international fee status and starting their studies in academic year ’26/’27. The scholarship applies to both taught and research masters. 

To be eligible, students must be registering for a full-time on-campus program and cannot be fully sponsored or in receipt of fully funded external scholarships or other University of Aberdeen scholarships, except for awards granted by the University of Aberdeen Development Trust. Please note that the scholarship does not apply to the DPLP, PGDE, or Dentistry.

The Aberdeen Global Scholarship does not require an application. It is automatically applied to all eligible students and will be reflected on their CAS.

This scholarship aims to provide essential financial support to ease the transition into life in the North East of Scotland. By alleviating some of the costs associated with studying abroad, the Aberdeen Global Scholarship enables recipients to focus on their academic and personal growth as they establish their new home in our vibrant and welcoming community.

BENEFIT:

The scholarship is in the form of a partial tuition fee waiver; the £8,000 scholarship amount will be deducted from your tuition fees.

UNIVERSITY OF BRADFORD GLOBAL SCHOLAR AWARD

LOCATION: United Kingdom

The university is delighted to be able to offer a scholarship that will benefit all of its international students, irrespective of nationality. This award is for self-funding international fee-paying students that meet eligibility criteria. 

ELIGIBILITY:

This scholarship is awarded on a student’s nationality (not where domiciled).

Attendance: Full-time

Available for: Prospective students

Entry year: 2025/26

Study level: Undergraduate, Postgraduate Taught, and Postgraduate Research

Self-funding students

New Students

Students on discounted partnership programmes are not entitled to this scholarship.

For continuing students, the scholarship will be paid in subsequent years if progressing with an average of 60% or above.

The scholarship is automatically applied upon enrollment; there isn’t a requirement to apply. 

All recipients will be awarded the scholarship as a fee reduction.
