SCHOOL OF MANAGEMENT MSC FUNDING AND SCHOLARSHIPS AT UNIVERSITY OF BATH

The University of Bath offers over 50 scholarships of varying amounts available to admission offer holders from the UK, Europe and Overseas.

ELIGIBILITY:

If you wish to be considered for one the School of Management Taught Postgraduate full-time Master’s Scholarships, you must have:

received an offer to study one of our Taught Postgraduate Master’s courses in the School of Management for the entry year 2024/25

accepted your offer

paid your deposit within the four-week deadline as stated on your offer letter or by the scholarship decision date, whichever is earlier

applied for a scholarship within one of the scholarship application deadlines

If you have not done so, by the date of the scholarship decision you cannot be awarded any of the scholarships outlined below. If we award you a scholarship, the money will be taken off your tuition fee. You do not have to pay it back.

BENEFIT:

Master’s Worldwide Scholarships: £5,000

Scholarship for Academic Excellence:  £10,000

WARWICK PAIS PHD SCHOLARSHIP

The Department of Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick is pleased to announce a competition for PhD scholarships. These department funded scholarships are aimed at any candidate starting their PhD in PAIS in October 2024, or any current PAIS PhD candidate in their first year of study. Because women are under-represented in this field, female candidates in particular are encouraged to apply.

ELIGIBILITY:

The fellowship will be highly competitive and is open to Home, EU and overseas students. In addition, successful candidates should:

Have obtained a Masters-level degree in a relevant subject area from a recognised institution of higher education by 30 September 2024.

Have a strong undergraduate qualification in a relevant subject area, if possible.

Have the requisite standard of English (see Entry Requirements).

Current PAIS PhD students in their first year of study are eligible to apply.

Successful candidates may be asked, in consultation with their supervisor, to undertake assistance each year within the PAIS department. This assistance may take the form of research assistance, undergraduate teaching (subject to demand and area of specialism), or administrative duties and would be paid.

BENEFIT:

The award includes payment of full academic fees and a maintenance grant in line with the UK Research Council standard stipend for up to three and a half years, others are for academic fees only.
