AIG PUBLIC LEADERS PROGRAMME (AIG PLP)

The AIG Public Leaders Programme (AIG PLP) is a flagship leadership capacity-building initiative designed to equip public sector leaders across Africa with the capabilities required to lead effective change. Delivered in partnership with the University of Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government, the programme offers an immersive, world-class executive education experience. 

ELIGIBILITY:

Be a citizen of any English-speaking African country

Be actively working within the public sector in Africa

Have a minimum of seven years of work experience.

Grade level 13 and above

Age 35–54 years old

Public servants from English-speaking countries across Africa are welcome to apply.

Training duration: 6 Months

Public servants in the State Civil Service are encouraged to apply

BENEFIT:

The programme is at no cost to participants. However, participants will bear the cost of transportation to the Residential and Closing Ceremony events while the Foundation will be responsible for accommodation and feeding.

BOSTON CONSULTING GROUP (BCG)’S 2026 ASPIRE WOMEN’S WORKSHOP.

LOCATION: Spain

BCG ASPIRE Women’s Workshop is a 3-day women’s professional development event where over 90 talented students from Europe, Middle East, South America and Africa get to meaningfully engage with each other, explore consulting and connect with BCGers from around the world in the same location, Barcelona. 

ELIGIBILITY:

Applications to our ASPIRE Women’s Workshop are open to university and PhD students (undergraduate, master’s, or PhD programs). We are looking for students from all fields of study, with an outstanding academic track record and a curious mind seeking new challenges.

Submit your application online using one of the participating countries’ links below—the respective office will then review your application. Please be sure to include your resume, as well as any additional documents required by the local office/region. Additionally, a games assessment will be shared and is a required part of the application process. 

When selecting your preferred office, we advise you to make your choice based on geographic ties (for example, you’ve studied or lived in the respective country or speak the local language). Please apply through ONE link only and note the respective application requirements of our participating countries, as they might vary.  Multiple applications will not be accepted.

Please apply to only one office, and make sure you pay attention to the application deadlines, as they differ per office.

Once you submit your application, you can expect to hear back from us by mid-April.

Please be aware that if you are selected to attend ASPIRE, you must possess a valid ID. If you are a non-European citizen, you must have a valid passport (valid for at least 6 months after the event date).

Obtaining a passport is at the applicant’s own cost. BCG will bear the cost of obtaining the relevant visa, if needed.

BENEFIT:

There is no participation fee. BCG will cover travel and accommodation costs
