VICE CHANCELLOR’S INTERNATIONAL POSTGRADUATE EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP (SEPTEMBER START)

The Vice Chancellor’s International Postgraduate Excellence Scholarship is an application-based award open to those who hold an offer of study at UEA. This scholarship is designed to reward international fee status applicants who have been offered a place to study with UEA and who can clearly and concisely explain how studying here at UEA will help them to make an outstanding contribution to their chosen field of study as well as the wider UEA community.

Successful offer holders will be able to clearly and concisely explain how studying here at UEA will help them to make an outstanding contribution to their chosen field of study and how they can contribute to the UEA campus society.

Applicants holding another UEA scholarship or award should note that scholarships are exclusive.  In a situation where a candidate is offered multiple awards,  the greater amount will be offered.

They do not offer this scholarship for integrated Master’s, MSc Global Plant Health, MSc Plant Genetics and Crop Improvement, MBBS courses, MSc Occupational Therapy or MSc Physiotherapy.

BRADFORD-RENDUCHINTALA SCHOLARSHIPS FOR MSC IN SATELLITE SYSTEMS ENGINEERING (JAN 25 INTAKE)

Scholarships worth £10,000 each are available under the Bradford-Renduchintala Scholarship fund to suitably qualified students. Scholarship funding is only intended for students listed in the eligibility criteria below.

ELIGIBILITY:

In addition to having either an unconditional or conditional offer for a place on the University’s MSc in Satellite Systems Engineering course, starting in January 2025, applicants will need to have at least a 2:1 degree or equivalent in an appropriate subject area. Candidates who do not fulfil this requirement but have extensive and relevant industrial experience (3+years) will be considered on an individual basis. 

Prioritising criteria in case of oversubscription: Female students based on the rationale that they are underrepresented in the engineering sector

Applicable courses: MSc in Satellite Systems Engineering – January starts only

*Please note that International students must submit their scholarship application by the 8 November.  Home students have until the 29 November.

Please be aware that the CAS deadline is the 29 November.

It is advisable that you start the CAS processs as soon as possible as the University must receive your payment of £5,000 toward your tuition by the deposit deadline to provide us enough time to process your CAS. Please find information on how to pay.

The University must also have received all of your visa documents by the CAS deadline (i.e. matured financial evidence and TB certificate and/or ATAS if required) by the document submission deadline.
