Two entrance awards of $10,000 each have been made available annually through a gift from Ray Kruck and Jennifer Vancini to support outstanding applicants entering the Master of Business Administration program who wish to pursue a career in sustainability and climate action related work.

Applicants must demonstrate their commitment to effectively addressing the climate crisis through past work experience, responsible leadership and community involvement, and future career ambitions.

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in finance, development studies, international studies, social sciences, biodiversity, or a related field.

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in the field of environment and development (e.g., biodiversity, environmental economics, etc.).

Minimum 2 years of relevant and progressive experience in private sector biodiversity finance and familiar and up to date with global biodiversity frameworks, TNFD, the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals, ESG and impact investing, and national issues in biodiversity finance for conservation, communications, and related areas.

Proven experience in writing-up technical proposals and/or biodiversity finance plans.

Fluency in verbal and written English.
