Hi there, I`’d like to know if this Scholarship asks for application fee and also if it asks for English Proficiency Test?

Scholarships generally do not ask for an application fee, but the university you are applying to get the scholarship might ask for an application. So, the application fee is not for the scholarship but for the university application processing
