You must be classified as overseas fee status and hold an offer for a full time Master’s course starting in September 2026. Please note that you are NOT eligible to apply for this scholarship if you fall into one or more of the below categories:

Are applying for a Professional course such as RIBA part III

Are applying for a Doctoral programme

Are applying for an Online or Distance learning course

Are applying for a Postgraduate Certificate or Diploma course

If you are eligible for any other discount on your course fees such as alumni discount or partner student discount

Students looking for funding towards a research degree (MPhil / PhD) should visit the research section of our website.

Applicants need to have a minimum UK equivalent Good 2.1 Honours Degree to apply. Applicants will be selected principally on the basis of academic excellence.
