The National Essay Competition, targeted at senior secondary students in Nigeria, is organized annually as part of UBA Foundation’s education initiative, which aims to promote the reading culture and encourage healthy and intellectual competition amongst secondary school students in Nigeria and across Africa.

1st Stage: Call for entries—20 best essays to be selected
2nd Stage: Final physical test—5 winners

Must be a Nigerian Senior Secondary School Student.

Upload a handwritten essay of 750 words max (not typed).
Upload a recent passport photograph.
Upload a scanned copy of Birth Certificate, National ID, or International Passport.
