The Future Action Summit Australia 2026 is a four-day international leadership summit bringing together young changemakers, leaders, policymakers, and sustainability advocates to shape a just and inclusive world beyond 2030.

Hosted in Sydney, the summit serves as a dynamic platform for youth-led collaboration, innovation, and dialogue on the future of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). As the 2030 deadline approaches, it challenges participants to think beyond goals, reimagining leadership and co-creating sustainable solutions for the future.

ELIGIBILITY:

Open to individuals from all countries and backgrounds.

Applicants should be between 16 and 45 years old.

No English proficiency test (IELTS/TOEFL) is required.

Students, volunteers, graduates, and professionals at any career stage are encouraged to apply.

Participants must be available to attend the summit in Sydney, Australia, from April 23rd to 26th.

ABERTAY UNIVERSITY PRINCIPAL’S EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP – GLOBAL

LOCATION: United Kingdom

This is an award of up to £7,000 per year, for up to a maximum of four years, for prospective new international undergraduate and postgraduate taught students from Africa, the Americas, Asia, Europe, and the Middle East starting their studies in the 2026/27 or 2027/28 academic years. Successful recipients will have the award deducted from their tuition fees.

This scholarship is awarded at the discretion of the University in recognition of an applicant’s outstanding achievements (academic and/or extracurricular) and their potential contribution to student life and the University community.

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible for the Principal’s Excellence Scholarship—Global, you must meet all of the following conditions:

Be classified as having International (Overseas) fee status by Abertay University.

Hold an offer to study for a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate taught degree, on campus, at Abertay in the 2026/27 or 2027/28 academic year. 

Have met all academic conditions attached to your offer of admission for entry to the University as a new full-time student.

The award will contribute to each year of the degree, up to a maximum of four years, while you are studying in Dundee. 

Students who are admitted with Advanced Entry into Year 2 or above of an undergraduate programme, and who meet the above conditions will also be eligible for this award.

No separate application form is required, and you will be assessed for the scholarship based on your application for study and your personal statement. If you meet all the eligibility criteria and are awarded a Principal’s Excellence Scholarship, you will be notified by us by email following your offer of study. Please continue to check your inbox once you have received your offer of study from Abertay.
