DEJI ALLI ARM YOUNG TALENT AWARD (DAAYTA)

The Deji Alli ARM Young Talent Award (DAAYTA) in partnership with TechnoVision (TVC) is excited to announce the commencement of its 2024 Call for Applications, continuing its mission to empower and support young entrepreneurs with innovative ideas that drive positive change. Established in 2015 by ARM in honor of its founding CEO, Deji Alli, DAAYTA reflects the firm’s dedication to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and nurturing young entrepreneurs.

ELIGIBILITY:

be a citizen of Nigeria

be between 18 and 35 years of age

submit their application which must be their original work

must be a limited liability company duly registered in Nigeria

must be running the start-up full-time with undivided attention

have an MVP (minimum viable product) i.e. you have customers

be able to fund his/her/team travel expenses and other associated costs if required

be available (with co-founders/team where they exist) for the 2-day Pitch Workshop and Final Pitch Event scheduled for April 2024

understand the business of ARM, what we stand for; and

be ready to represent ARM as an Ambassador

BENEFIT:

The winner of DAAYTA 2024 shall, subject to the Terms & Conditions, receive funding of ₦12,000,000(twelve million naira) over one (1) year for the following purposes:

Contribution to working capital.

Participation in an entrepreneurial education program at the Pan Atlantic University’s Enterprise Development Centre in
Lagos, Nigeria.

5-month acceleration support services for the development of their venture by TVC Labs.

GLOBAL HEALTH CORPS AFRICA FELLOWSHIP

GHC welcomes young professionals from Burundi, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia, Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, and Zimbabwe to apply for paid 13 month fellowships with health organizations in Malawi, Rwanda, Uganda, and Zambia. They recruits and selects highly qualified applicants with diverse skill sets and backgrounds to be placed in high-impact organizations for a year-long fellowship.

ELIGIBILITY:

Be 30 years of age or younger.

Hold a bachelor’s or undergraduate university degree.

Be proficient in English.

Be a citizen or legal permanent resident of Burundi, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Liberia Malawi, Nigeria, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia, or Zimbabwe.
