ELIGIBILITY:

The merit-based scholarship is open to full-time female undergraduates studying the courses below in public universities within Nigeria: Architecture, Building and Construction Engineering, Building Engineering, Building Technology, Cartography, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Land Surveying, Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical and Material, Metallurgy, Production Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying and Structural engineering.

Applicants must: ·  

Be a citizen of Nigeria

Be a female 

Be in a Federal or State Owned Universities based in Nigeria

Be in the Faculty of Engineering /Environmental /Technology

Currently be in their second year of full-time study in a Nigerian Federal or State University accredited by the National Universities Commission (NUC)

Have a minimum CGPA of 3.5 in a 5-grade system

Scholarships are renewable through graduation. Recipients are expected to maintain high academic/ethical standards, and other conditions outlined in the scholarship award letter.

BARD COLLEGE BERLIN SCHOLARSHIP IN LITERARY ARTS

LOCATION: Germany

The Scholarship in Literary Arts is intended to support students with an outstanding record of involvement and interest in the written and theater arts ( e.g. through involvement in school journals and newspapers, publication of original fiction/non-fiction/poetry, or composition / performance of theater pieces). Recipients of the Scholarship in Literary Arts usually demonstrate interest in a literary and rhetorical concentration within the B.A. in Humanities, the Arts, and Social Thought program.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicants for the Scholarship in Literary Arts must: Apply for admission to the Humanities, the Arts, and Social Thought program

Demonstrate an exceptional record of academic and extracurricular interest in literature and creative or academic writing

Intend to continue their study of these fields as part of their liberal arts education at Bard College Berlin The partial tuition waiver is renewable for up to 4 years contingent on the recipient’s maintaining a B average or better.
