The University of Connecticut extends their invitation to qualified international candidates to apply for the UCONN Global Leadership and Excellence Awards. Students who have achieved exceptional academic achievement and excel as leaders both in- and outside of the classroom will be considered for the Awards. Priority consideration will be given to those who complete the application by December 1.

Aspirants must have take admission in the undergraduate degree
BENEFIT:
The University of Connecticut will provide tuition fees to the winning candidates for an undergraduate degrees.
Timeline/Duration Of University Of Connecticut Global Leader and Global Excellence Award, Merit-based Scholarship (renewable for 4 years; valued at a fixed amount determined on a yearly basis)
The International Ambassador Scholarship rewards academically talented undergraduate students who are citizens and residents of countries other than the United States. Eligible first-year and transfer students who have applied and been accepted for undergraduate admission to Michigan Tech are automatically considered for this award.
ELIGIBILITY:
Undergraduate students with *GPA based on a 4.0 scale.
Scholarship recipients must maintain a cumulative grade point average of 2.50 at the end of each spring semester. Continuous, regular full-time undergraduate enrollment (12 credits or more) and acceptable social behavior must also be maintained.
Students eligible for the Alumni Legacy Award or Military Family Education Award are not eligible for the International Ambassador Scholarship. Students receiving the National Business Scholars Award are also not eligible to receive an International Ambassador Scholarship.
Eligible students are considered for awards ranging from $11,000 up to $14,300 per year based on academic achievement. These awards are renewable for four years (8 semesters) of study. New students will be considered for the International Ambassador Scholarship based on their GPA:
