AUDI ENVIRONMENTAL FOUNDATION ONE YOUNG WORLD SCHOLARSHIP SUMMIT, MONTREAL

Audi Environmental Foundation is therefore collaborating with One Young World to offer scholarships to 15 inspiring young leaders to attend this year’s One Young World Summit 2024 in Montréal (Tiohtià:ke), Canada. This scholarship is intended for young leaders driving change and tackling the climate crisis through innovative new technologies, the advancement of climate education, or the preservation of ecosystems through halting or reversing land degradation.

ELIGIBILITY:

Aged 18 – 30.

Nationals of all countries will be eligible to apply for this scholarship.

Evidenced commitment to delivering positive change.

Demonstrated capacity for leadership.

Understanding of key local and/or global issues.

Track record of generating impactful and innovative solutions. Demonstrated impact and innovation in tackling environmental challenges

BENEFIT:

Access to the One Young World Summit 2024 in Montreal, Canada.

Hotel accommodation in Montreal between 18 – 21 (inclusive) September 2024.

Participation at the pre-event by Audi AG and the Audi Environmental Foundation on 17 September 2024.

Please note that ability to participate in the pre-event is a criteria for accepting the scholarship place.

The cost of travel to and from Montreal (flights in economy).

Catering which includes breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Transport between the Summit accommodation and the Summit venue.

AUSTRIAN DEVELOPMENT COOPERATION SCHOLARSHIP FOR DEVELOPING COUNTRIES

LOCATION: Austria

Every year the Austrian Development Cooperation offers students from developing countries scholarships to help with tuition fees and general expenses.

ELIGIBILITY:

students from other developing countries: DAC List of OECD

there is an age limit of 35 years for eligibility.

Have a secondary school leaving certificate (high school diploma)

Have a minimum of one year‘s experience within the tourism and hospitality industry

Non-native English speakers must have an English qualification e.g. TOEFL, Cambridge 1st Certificate, IELTS or equivalent

BENEFIT:

The scholarship includes:

Tuition fee

Health insurance

Food from Monday – Friday

Excursions (except ITB Berlin)

€ 205,- pocket money per month
