UNDERGRADUATE INTERNATIONAL EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP AT UEA

The Undergraduate International Excellence Scholarship is an application based award open to those who hold an offer of study at UEA.  The award provides a scholarship for up to three years of undergraduate study. 

ELIGIBILITY:

International Fees paying students from International, EU, Europe, Middle East, Africa, Asia, North America, South America, Australia, UK

These awards are designed to reward applicants who have been offered a place to study with UEA and who can clearly and concisely explain how studying here at UEA will help them to make an outstanding contribution to their chosen field of study.​

When applying for this scholarship, you must already be in possession of a conditional or unconditional offer for an undergraduate degree course starting at UEA in September 2023. Your offer should state that you are an international fee-paying  student.

Applicants in receipt of another UEA scholarship or award should note that scholarships are exclusive.  In a situation where a candidate is offered multiple awards,  the greater amount will be offered.

BENEFIT:

Offered £4,000 per year whilst those of an outstanding nature will be put forward to be considered for an award of £10,000 per year.

ERASMUS MUNDUS JOURNALISM SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM

Join the Mundus Journalism programme to engage with peers and staff from more than 100 countries across the globe in an ambitious, interdisciplinary and multicultural environment. The Erasmus Mundus Journalism master’s degree offers you a truly unique and international educational experience.

ELIGIBILITY:

Students fulfilling the eligibility criteria for both Category A and B (students with a double nationality) must select the Category of their choice. As a result, they are only entitled to apply to one of the two categories of scholarships.

Students must have obtained a first higher education degree before the course start of the Mundus Journalism

Individuals who have already benefited from an Erasmus Mundus scholarship for a Master’s programme are not eligible for a second scholarship for another Erasmus Mundus Master’s programme

Students benefiting from an Erasmus Mundus scholarship cannot benefit from another European Commission grant while pursuing their Erasmus Mundus Master’s studies.

BENEFIT:

An Erasmus+ stipend of up to €6,000, offering invaluable financial support for your educational journey. Moreover, the Mundus Journalism Consortium extends its support to four exceptional applicants with a special scholarship worth €10,000,
