SOHCAHTOA FOUNDATION UNDERGRADUATE SCHOLARSHIP FOR NIGERIAN STUDENTS

At the Sohcahtoa Foundation, they recognise and understand the transformative power of education. The back-to-school initiative aims at supporting pupils/students in public schools with essential books, writing materials, shoes, bags, etc., while the scholarship program is targeted at  undergraduates in Nigerian public tertiary institutions. These would enable pupils and students to enjoy a basic and quality education.

ELIGIBILITY:

Applicants must:

be in their 2nd year or above in a Nigerian Public Tertiary Institution (University, Polytechnic or Colleges of Education)

have at least 5 O’ level credit passes in one sitting (English and Mathematics inclusive)

have a CGPA of 3.5 in a 5 grade system or equivalent in other grade systems.

be studying any of the following courses:

STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics)
Humanities
Administration
Law
Medicine

must not be a beneficiary of any other scholarship award, bursary or grant from any other organization.

Candidates may be required to write an aptitude test.

Shortlisted candidates may be required to provide a letter of consent from their parents or guardians.

BENEFIT:

Only the shortlisted applicants will be contacted.

Scholarship reward is Two hundred and Fifty Thousand Naira (N250,000) annually and renewable yearly until graduation upon maintaining good academic record.

Applicants of International Student Admission

KAIST Scholarships are offered to admitted students

Students must maintain GPA over 2.7 out of 4.3 at KAIST after their freshman year

There is no separate process for applying for a scholarship

Just check “KAIST scholarship” in the Statement of Financial Resources section of online application for admission

All applications will be thoroughly and equally reviewed during the admissions process. Upon being selected for admission, you will automatically be entitled to the KAIST Scholarship.
