ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible, you must:
Be a new international student enrolling in a Deakin coursework degree
Meet the entry requirements for your course, including English language requirements
Have achieved at least an 85% average (or equivalent) in previous studies.
Priority access to on-campus accommodation (at your own cost and subject to availability).
This scholarship is not available to international students enrolled in the Doctor of Medicine (H911) program.
Meeting the minimum criteria does not guarantee selection. Due to strong competition, higher academic results may be required.
If you’re not selected for the Vice-Chancellor’s International Scholarship, you’ll automatically be considered for the Deakin International Scholarship.
BENEFIT:
100% or 50% of your tuition fees (depending on scholarship outcome).
This scholarship is available for the normal duration of your course.

You must be classed as an International student for tuition fee purposes.
You must have received a conditional or unconditional offer of admission for an eligible full-time undergraduate programme delivered at the University’s Stirling campus.
You must be a full-time student at any GEMS Education school at the point of application to the University of Stirling.
This scholarship cannot be combined with any other University of Stirling scholarship (the exception being the University of Stirling’s Sports Scholarship).
Eligible students will automatically be identified as part of the admissions process. No separate application is required for this award.
If you need a student visa to study in the UK, you will still be required to pay the International Tuition Fee Deposit as part of the standard admissions process.
