THE GLOBAL UNDERGRADUATE EXCELLENCE SCHOLARSHIP AT UEA

The Global Undergraduate Excellence Scholarship is an application based award open to those who hold an offer of study at UEA.  The award provides a scholarship for up to three years of undergraduate study. This scholarship is​ designed to reward international fee status applicants who have been offered a place to study with UEA and who can clearly and concisely explain how studying here at UEA will help them to make an outstanding contribution to their chosen field of study as well as the wider UEA community.

When applying for this scholarship, you must already be in possession of a conditional or unconditional offer for an undergraduate degree course starting at UEA in September 2024. Your offer should state that you are an international fee-paying  student.

Applicants in receipt of another UEA scholarship or award should note that scholarships are exclusive.  In a situation where a candidate is offered multiple awards,  the greater amount will be offered.

Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at KNUST is thrilled to announce its 2024 scholarship opportunity for academically talented yet economically disadvantaged young people in Ghana and sub-Suharan Africa. Eligible candidates are welcomed to apply.

ELIGIBILITY:

MasterCard Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology (KNUST) Scholarships for the 2024/2025 Academic year:

All Applicants must have a WASSCE or GBCE or ABCE or GCE O’Level and A’Level or their equivalent Results from an accredited/recognized institution and Certificate Ready and must meet KNUST’s Admission Requirements. NO AWAITING RESULTS candidate will be accepted. Applicant’s result must be at least a year old.

The Applicant must demonstrate that he/she has Critical Economic Needs.

The Applicant must have Proven Records of Leadership and Community Engagement(s).

Priority shall be given to;

Females

Displaced Persons (Certified Refugees, Internally Displaced Persons, etc.)

Persons with Disability

The Applicant must be prepared to Go-Back and Give-Back to his or her Community.

The Applicant must not be enrolled in any tertiary institution.
