RENNES SCHOOL OF BUSINESS TALENT, UNFRAMED AND BIENVENUE EN FRANCE SCHOLARSHIPS

ELIGIBILITY:

The Talent Scholarship:

At Rennes School of Business, we value the academic talent that you will bring to the classroom.

Open to: high-profile candidates who have a strong academic record. Special consideration is given to applicants who have clear academic and professional merit and can demonstrate the ability to contribute to all aspects of the programme.

Selection process: scholarship evaluation will be based on the following documents submitted for admission: Transcripts, English score, CV and interview feedback.

Applicants should also describe how undertaking the programme of their choice will affect their career, educational, and personal goals in their personal statement.

Unframed Scholarship:

Thinking beyond the frame means opening one’s mind toward other cultures.

Open to candidates who can demonstrate a unique life experience and/or remarkable extracurricular activities, along with a global and collaborative outlook and curiosity to find impactful and sustainable solutions.

Selection process: scholarship evaluation will be based on the following documents submitted for admission: Transcripts, English score, CV and interview feedback along with a personal statement that will outline their « unframed » profile.

Recipients of this award will be expected to act as ambassadors for Rennes School of Business and assist with some marketing activities.

Bienvenue en France Scholarship:

This scholarship is awarded in recognition of the strong dedication of candidates that were eager to learn French even before their arrival in Rennes.

Open to: applicants that have taken French courses at the « Alliance Française » or at other affiliated language institutions in their home country offering classes in French as a Foreign Language.

Selection process: candidates will have to submit a certificate of completion from the language institution which dates less than two years before their application to Rennes SB, showing a minimum A1 level, in addition to a personal statement.

International students accepted into the 1st year of the BIM or BIA Bachelor or Master in Management

French & International students accepted into any of our Master of Science programmes

You may only apply to ONE scholarship (except for the Bienvenue en France scholarship, which can be obtained alongside another scholarship).

YOUTH FOR PEACE: UNESCO INTERCULTURAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

The Youth for Peace: UNESCO Intercultural Leadership Programme is an initiative designed to equip emerging leaders with the skills, knowledge, and resources to champion intercultural dialogue as a strategy to address pressing global challenges. Through this programme, UNESCO is cultivating a new generation of champions for dialogue, cohesion, and peace, empowering them to lead transformative action at local, national, and global levels. 

ELIGIBILITY:

To be eligible, applicants must: 

Be between 25 and 45 years old as of 1 September 2025.

Have a proven record of leadership in their field.

Demonstrate a commitment to intercultural dialogue and social impact.

Have the potential to influence and create change within their communities.

Be available to participate in all components of the programme. 

Community-led projects must: 

Align with the theme: ‘Learning to Collaborate for a Shared Future: Using dialogue to foster social cohesion in a world on the move’.

Be able to be implemented within six months.

Be of local or national scope. 

BENEFIT:

Capacity-Building– Participants will engage in a structured capacity-building programme that includes: 

Online Training Workshops—An immersive programme featuring strategic sessions designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge, and tools to embody intercultural leadership and implement concrete projects to champion intercultural solutions within their communities. 

Ongoing Learning and Exchange— A continuing platform of training and exchange will help to further reinforce the skills and knowledge needed by participating Young Leaders as they begin to put plans into action through the implementation of projects in their communities (see below section for more details). 

Peer-to-Peer Learning and Mentorship—Regular knowledge-sharing sessions and personalized coaching will be provided to help guide participating Young Leaders as they implement projects in their communities. 

Financial Grants for Community Projects: Following the initial online training workshops, participants will finalize and submit plans to implement a project within their community, leveraging the knowledge and skills gained to design actions around the theme of ‘Learning to Collaborate for a Shared Future: Using dialogue to foster social cohesion in a world on the move’. Upon approval, they will receive a grant of 10,000 USD to implement their project, accompanied by ongoing training, peer support, and mentorship.
